As a design company, all the little personal details matter to us!  And these days, with all of us safely tucked inside, we've been truly focused on making each package more special - not only is every viv&ingrid jewelry piece custom made by hand by a local Bay Area artisan, but when we package each box to ship to you, we're doing it with the greatest care.

If there's ever any special, finishing touch you need - a special note or beyond - contact us and let us know because we're here to make every moment special. Is it their 40th bday?  Do they love dogs?  Celebrating a graduation, baby, or special milestone?  Need a custom length necklace or have your own special stones on hand?  Do you have a one of a kind piece you'd like to incorporate? Let us know and we'll make your package as special and personalized as we can.

Our gift wrapping selection includes a variety of beautiful papers and even a handwritten note!

To wrap all items in your order in a single box:  Type "WRAP ALL ITEMS" in the note box during checkout, or message us with your instructions. 

To wrap multiple quantities of the same item separately:  Type "GIFT WRAP EACH" and message us with the specific name or note to tag on each box. 

Orders outside of the USA:  Gift wrapped items may be opened by customs and will be the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately, Viv & Ingrid, Co. is not notified if and when custom checks will occur.
