We're excited to announce a new way of reaching us! For the convenience of our customers and for small businesses supporting other small businesses, we've partnered with our favorite local café One Plus to provide a safe place for customers to drop off jewelry and repairs and grab a cup of coffee!
HOW IT WORKS:
Holiday Hours Notice: Before dropping off, pease check directly with One Plus Café for holiday hours. You can find them on Instagram HERE or call 510-495-0209.
1. Upon arrival, come in and mention that you're here to drop off for viv&ingrid!
2. No appointment is necessary but please call/text (510) 524-0662 or email customerservice@vivandingrid.com upon drop-off.
Note: Please make sure to include your contact information with your jewelry or repair in a sealed padded envelope or box.
